📋 Description

• Monitor and audit conversations across Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora to identify engagement opportunities. • Actively participate in relevant discussions, positioning our brand as a trusted and exciting voice in the sweepstakes casino gaming space. • Manage and grow our Discord server, fostering an active, positive, and engaged player community. • Engage across relevant Reddit communities and threads to boost brand visibility and awareness. • Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner, addressing player feedback and showcasing our commitment to customer experience. • Identify and contribute to relevant Quora questions and discussions, positioning our brand as a knowledgeable and credible voice in the sweepstakes casino space. • Build and maintain a living database of engagement opportunities, trending topics, and high-value community touchpoints across all platforms. • Develop platform-specific strategies for Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora to grow brand awareness and community engagement organically. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure community efforts align with campaigns, promotions, and launches. • Flag player feedback, sentiment trends, and potential issues to relevant internal teams in a timely manner. • Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics and their impact on brand growth. • Stay ahead of platform updates and cultural trends — especially within gaming and sweepstakes communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management or online community engagement. • Strong, confident written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences. • Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora, including a deep understanding of how each platform operates.
