🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English. • 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or customer success. • 3+ years of experience in the localization, language services and solutions industry with proven success handling complex, global accounts and growing enterprise revenue portfolios. • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-based approach. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building skills. • Excellent analytical skills, with genuine curiosity about solving business challenges. • Strong advantage: Additional languages. • Practical knowledge of language tech platforms, MT, AI, and client LLM tools. • Experience with regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, health, finance, legal, e-commerce). • Experience managing contracts, procurement processes, and tender submissions.
