We are now looking for an exceptional People Lead to support and empower our engineering teams. About the Role As a People Leader, you will work with a globally dispersed workforce, creating a supportive, structured, and high-performance environment for our engineers. You will collaborate with individuals across the world, using your relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence to foster trust, drive accountability, and help our people thrive. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, confident in navigating sensitive situations, and motivated by helping others succeed—all within a fully remote, multicultural organisation.
