A Truly Global Product We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. We’re building alarge and complex product ecosystemthat serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a moderncheckout experience and customizable widgets(each a standalone SPA),donor, organization, and partner portals,admin tools, and several internal apps. Our backend is powered byNode.js(Koa, NestJS) andMongoDB. The frontend stack includesWebpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written inTypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we useKafka(for millions of events) andBull (Redis). Analytics data is stored inClickHouse, and we useElasticsearchfor search. The Team We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing. About the Role As a DevOps Engineer / SRE, you will be a generalist with a broad impact on our entire infrastructure. You won’t be siloed into a single area like databases or monitoring; instead, you will have the opportunity to work across our full stack, from server provisioning and CI/CD pipelines to observability and database management. Your primary mission is to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and exceptionally reliable, as even minutes of downtime are costly for the causes we support. What You’ll Do Work withservers (VMs and bare metal)at the OS level and below: configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Automate infrastructure and routine operational tasks usingAnsibleand custom scripting (Bash / Python).Build, maintain, and supportcomplex CI/CD pipelines. We usescripted pipelines in Jenkins.Develop and support ourmonitoring and observability stack(Prometheus-style metrics,VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Graylog).Work withdatabases and data systems, includingClickHouse and MongoDB, with a focus on monitoring and operational stability.Investigate and resolve issues acrossLinux OS, networking, and application layers.Collaborate with engineers across teams to improve system reliability and automation.Take ownership of production systems and ensure stability and predictability in day-to-day operations.
