In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is an early career account management role designed for someone eager to learn the craft. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure customers are supported and positioned for long term success withCustomer.io. Starting salary for this role is $60,000 Base + $25,000 Variable = $85,000 OTE USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
