DUTIES

Your duties as the Mortgage Advisor / Life & Protection Financial Advisor include:

• Provide Tailored Advice: Deliver personalised mortgage and protection solutions based on client needs
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Lead Conversion: Manage and convert warm leads into successful business opportunities
• Business Development: Generate new business through networking and referrals
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and processes meet industry regulations and standards
• Pipeline Management: Manage a consistent pipeline of clients and applications
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on mortgage products, lenders, and protection options
• Customer Service Delivery: Provide a high level of professional and responsive client support

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
• Previous experience in mortgage and protection advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
• Organised with effective time management skills
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service

DESIRABLE

• Experience with lead generation and business development
• Knowledge of a wide range of lenders and financial products
• Background in financial services or advisory roles
