• Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or above (or equivalent experience), with Level 7 desirable

• Strong experience in deg and implementing HR frameworks and policies, particularly performance management

• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

• Proven experience managing employee relations cases and supporting managers with complex people issues

• Comfortable working in a small HR team within a fast-paced or growing organisation

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure

• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and support managers across the business

• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on embedding change and delivering tangible outcomes

There is potential for the contract to extend or evolve into additional HR projects or activities as the organisation continues to develop its people practices.
