Academics are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to support teaching and learning in a welcoming primary school in Margate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their classroom support career.

What you'll do as an HLTA:
- Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum when required
- Support small group interventions
- Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
- Provide targeted support for pupils who need additional help
- Promote a positive learning environment
What we're looking for in an HLTA:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong classroom confidence
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
