Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 6 months minimum contract
Pay Rate: £20-£23ph PAYE (Umbrella rate also available)

What You'll Be Doing:
As the Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our project teams and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Project Coordination: Help manage project schedules, resources, and documentation to keep everything on track.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
- Documentation Management: Organise and maintain project files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and minutes to keep everyone aligned.
- Reporting Support: Assist in compiling project reports, tracking progress, and identifying any potential challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in project administration or project coordination position is essential
- Strong Organisational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: You can convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools is a big plus.
- A Team Player Attitude: You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment.
