Marketing Coordinator

You’ll execute marketing plans, hit key targets, and keep everything running smoothly across multiple channels. If you love juggling projects, collaborating with creatives and seeing ideas come to life—this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the delivery of catalogues, POS, and general campaigns—from concept to completion
• Collaborating with the graphics team to produce high-quality marketing materials
• Managing and updating the Product Hub, ensuring members have the latest supplier content
• Planning, writing, proofing, and delivering engaging communications
• Coordinating member meetings, including invites and preparation
• Organising and publishing vlogs and digital content across the website and app
• Tracking progress through planners and control sheets, keeping everything on schedule
• Maintaining key marketing documentation and processes
• Acting as a go-to contact for member and supplier queries
