Salesforce Business Analyst (1 year FTC)

Description

Our client is entering a critical phase of there Salesforce journey, migrating to a new, modern environment. This is not a lift-and-shift. We're looking for a senior, outcome-driven Salesforce BA to challenge, redesign and optimise how they operate before and during migration.

What you'll actually own:

  • Lead end-to-end process review across Sales, Service and Operations
  • Identify and remove inefficiencies, duplication and technical debt
  • Define future-state processes aligned to scale, automation and reporting
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (Salesforce, integrations, data)
  • Shape and support the migration approach (ensuring we don't carry forward legacy issues)
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at pace
  • Ensure we exit the migration leaner, simpler, and more scalable

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce BA in complex environments
  • Proven delivery in Salesforce migrations or major transformations
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Excellent process mapping, optimisation and data thinking
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable partnering with development teams to deliver improvements
  • Able to work autonomously and drive outcomes
