We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team, managing two direct reports and shaping the future of how we attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract. The Role: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who understands that great people drive great business. Leading a small, high-impact team, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, leveraging data and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. By refining our employer brand and ensuring total compliance, you’ll play a critical role in building a stronger, more diverse workforce for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Values-Led Recruitment: Integrate our core behaviours into every stage of the hiring lifecycle. You will deterview frameworks that go beyond technical competency to ensure we hire individuals who resonate with our "why." Working closely with your stakeholders and attending regional meetings. Strategic Leadership: Manage a team of two to oversee the full recruitment life cycle from job requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. System & Process Excellence: Act as the lead for the ATS and Onboarding systems, auditing workflows to implement automation and streamline the candidate journey. Candidate Experience Advocacy: Own the end-to-end journey for every applicant, ensuring a high-touch, empathetic, and transparent process. Employer Branding & Insight: Own the careers website and employer brand content while using real-time reporting dashboards to advise stakeholders on market trends and compensation. Reporting: Implement real-time dashboards to monitor and share key recruitment metrics.

You: The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in fast-paced recruitment environments, with prior experience in team leadership or mentorship. You are a systems-savvy professional, ideally with experience of Genius ATS, utilising the platform to drive operational excellence. Beyond the process, you possess a deeply analytical mindset, enjoying the challenge of interrogating recruitment metrics to translate complex data into actionable, high-level insights for the Board. Most importantly, you are a value-centric leader who believes that how we hire is just as critical as who we hire; you are a passionate advocate for candidate experience, ensuring our behaviours and employer brand are authentically woven into every interaction. Skills and competencies

Previous Full-Cycle Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience (Internal or Agency). Experience in driving end-to-end recruitment strategies and delivering on high-impact hiring initiatives, while managing multiple senior stakeholder expectations simultaneously. High energy and tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment, with a genuine passion for candidate experience and talent excellence. Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment trends, and up-to-date knowledge of compliance/right-to-work legislation. Proven ability to deliver under pressure in a high-demand setting, consistently meeting "time-to-fill" targets and tight hiring deadlines. Agility to pivot between competing priorities and maintain strong "hiring manager" relationships through proactive communication.
