AWS Cloud Engineer | 6 Month initial contract | £450-£500 InsideIR35 | Onsite 2 days per week- Cambridge

My client is looking for someone to join their platform team to help with Infrastructure modernisation. You will be supporting both on-prem VMware environments & AWS Cloud services.

Key requirements:

  • Manage and optimise AWS services, especially EC2, EBS, IAM basics, and Security Groups.
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including patching and performance issues.
  • Work on improving and automating the hosting platform across hybrid setups.
  • Collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams to maintain stable, secure services.
  • Bring strong experience in VMware/vSphere, Windows Server, and hybrid troubleshooting, with bonus skills in Linux, NSX, and automation tools.
