Your responsibilities as Partnership & Business Development Coordinator
- Develop and implement a business plan and income generation strategy to support long-term sustainability
- Identify and secure new funding streams including corporate, community and non-traditional income sources
- Build and manage relationships with partners, sponsors and donors to drive ongoing support
- Lead on fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives to increase income and visibility
- Explore and develop new business opportunities including service-based income models
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of supporters, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion
What we’re looking for in a Partnership & Business Development Coordinator
- Previous experience in business development and/or fundraising roles
- Proven track record of generating income from multiple funding sources
- Experience developing and delivering business plans or fundraising strategies
- Strong understanding of partnership development and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of fundraising practices, tendering processes and income generation approaches
Working hours: 26 hours per week
