Your responsibilities as Partnership & Business Development Coordinator

• Develop and implement a business plan and income generation strategy to support long-term sustainability
• Identify and secure new funding streams including corporate, community and non-traditional income sources
• Build and manage relationships with partners, sponsors and donors to drive ongoing support
• Lead on fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives to increase income and visibility
• Explore and develop new business opportunities including service-based income models
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of supporters, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion

What we’re looking for in a Partnership & Business Development Coordinator

• Previous experience in business development and/or fundraising roles
• Proven track record of generating income from multiple funding sources
• Experience developing and delivering business plans or fundraising strategies
• Strong understanding of partnership development and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of fundraising practices, tendering processes and income generation approaches

Working hours: 26 hours per week
