Due Dilligence Analyst opportunity with a growing Fintech - intial contract positon with temp to perm options avalibile. Paying £200 - £220 a day.
Role Overview
An organisation is seeking detail-oriented Due Diligence Analysts to join its compliance and risk function. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, responsible for conducting end-to-end due diligence investigations on companies, clients, and third parties across domestic and international markets.
You will independently manage cases, analyse corporate structures and ownership (including UBOs), verify complex information, and produce audit-ready reports with clear risk assessments and recommendations.
This role suits candidates with direct due diligence experience, rather than those focused on transaction monitoring, policy, or senior oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle due diligence cases from initiation to reporting
- Assess corporate structures, ownership, and business legitimacy
- Conduct multi-source verification and OSINT research
- Identify risks including financial, operational, and reputational concerns
- Produce structured, audit-ready reports with clear risk ratings and recommendations
- Support KYC, CDD, and AML processes within due diligence workflows
- Maintain accurate records and escalate high-risk cases appropriately

- Deliver high-volume, high-accuracy output
- Demonstrate end-to-end case ownership
- Produce clear, high-quality written reports
- Apply strong analytical judgement in risk identification
- Manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines
Candidate Profile****Essential Experience
- Proven due diligence experience (preferred), or KYC/CDD/AML with strong investigative exposure
- Experience handling end-to-end due diligence cases on companies/third parties
Essential Skills
- Analysis of corporate structures, UBOs, and business activity
- Strong research, verification, and OSINT capability
- Excellent report writing (audit-ready outputs)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases independently
Desirable
- Experience with tools such as World-Check, LexisNexis, Companies House, or Orbis
- Exposure to international due diligence and corporate documentation
