Accounts Assistant - 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Location: London (near Bank Station) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience Working Pattern: Full-time

As part of their dynamic Finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the company’s continued success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Bills & Payables
- Input supplier bills and employee expenses across multiple entities and currencies.
- Review and approve expenses, ensuring accurate system entry.
- Monitor payables and resolve supplier queries efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and assist with multi-currency payment runs.
Credit Control & Receivables
- Support credit control and process customer invoices, credit notes, and payments.
- Resolve invoice queries and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and follow up on overdue invoices.
General Finance Support
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with overhead journals (prepayments & accruals).
- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Provide general support across reporting, audits, and ad hoc finance projects.
- Collaborate with other business operations teams as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general ledger.
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to team success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Fluent in business English with superb organisational skills.
