The class you will be teaching is a mixed class of pupils with various levels of abilities, therefore we require a teacher capable of ensuring each pupils reaches their full potential.

As a teacher, we are seeking a teacher with the following attributes;

• Great understanding of the UK National Curriculum and other statutory requirements.
• Can cope securely with subject-related questions which pupils raise.
• Able to identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter.
• Set appropriate expectations for pupils' learning and motivation.
• Ensure effective teaching of whole classes, groups and individuals.
• Use teaching methods which keep pupils engaged
• Able to identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter.
• Set high expectations for pupils' behaviour, establishing and maintaining a good standard of discipline.
