Reeson Education is seeking a committed and caring Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Havering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Early Years Practitioner who is eager to support young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

The setting is based in Havering, with easy access from Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham. The team is supportive and collaborative, making it an ideal place for an Early Years Practitioner to develop their skills.

Role Overview - Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children within the EYFS framework, helping them develop key skills through play and structured activities. The Early Years Practitioner will work closely with colleagues to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.

The Early Years Practitioner will contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel confident and supported.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner

• Supporting children as an Early Years Practitioner in daily routines and activities
• Delivering EYFS-based learning alongside staff
• Encouraging development through play and interaction
• Supporting children's emotional and social development
• Maintaining a safe and engaging environment as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner

• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or in early years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
