Business Analyst - Contract (Enhanced DBS Required)

We’re supporting a client in the education and care sector who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of technology and business transformation initiatives.

This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to define requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements across multiple teams • Map current and future state processes to drive improvement • Support solution design alongside Technology and Data teams • Work across transformation projects as part of wider delivery teams • Create clear documentation including requirements and process maps • Champion continuous improvement across business operations

Experience Required

• Proven Business Analyst experience across transformation or change programmes • Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams • Experience delivering process and technology improvements • Essential: Experience within social care, education, safeguarding-focused operations, or Ofsted/CQC regulated environments • Experience working across multiple projects in fast paced environments

This role is Inside IR35 with an immediate start available on an initial 12 month contract.
