Revenue & Pricing Leader

We are partnering with a leading global industrial organisation to appoint a Head of Pricing & Revenue Management to lead their spare parts pricing strategy and drive margin growth across international markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on value-based pricing, commercial excellence, and global revenue optimisation within a complex aftermarket environment.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end pricing strategy for the spare parts business, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, and Supply Chain while driving profitability and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global pricing strategy (pricing models, discount structures, margin frameworks)
  • Implement value-based pricing to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Establish pricing governance, policies, and approval frameworks
  • Analyse pricing performance and drive data-led decision making
  • Partner with Sales to improve pricing discipline and value selling
  • Support key accounts with tailored pricing strategies
  • Lead and develop a team of pricing / revenue experts
  • Drive continuous improvement, including automation and pricing tools

Your Profile

  • 10+ years' experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Excellence
  • Strong background in aftermarket / spare parts / service-based businesses
  • Proven track record of driving margin improvement and revenue growth
  • Experience implementing value-based pricing strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using pricing tools, ERP (e.g. SAP), and BI platforms
  • Experience operating in a global, matrix organisation
