An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Supply Chain Professional for BAE Systems, Samlesbury in a hybrid role. You will play a fundamental role in supporting the Customer Operational requirements for the Saudi customer. You will be required to co-ordinate and deliver customer requirements within stringent timescales as well as interact with key stakeholders across all business functions. You will be responsible for managing a suite of orders through the end to end supply chain through to the delivery of the order book to the customer.

The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Excel and PowerPoint and be able to use VLOOK ups and Pivot tables and be able to present information.

Typical duties include;

  • Order Book Management (on either routine or priority order book)
  • Manage customer requirements through an end to end Supply Chain including raising Price requests and orders through to delivery of assets to the customer.
  • Liaising directly with various stakeholders including KSA, Wincanton, Eurofighter, and other internal and external organisations as required.
  • Part of the role will require reporting activity and therefore the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
