Fractional Tech Director

Our client are in need of a Technology Director to lead Engineering, Product, Data and IT at a pivotal moment of organisational transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll shape and deliver a forward-looking technology strategy that strengthens stability, accelerates operational efficiency, and embeds AI-enabled, modern engineering practices. Working in close partnership with Customer Operations, you’ll champion automation, self-service and data-driven decision-making while building a culture rooted in trust, innovation and accountability. Key Focus Areas

• Lead multi-disciplinary technology strategy across Engineering, Product, Data and IT.
• Drive platform resilience, modern engineering and AI-assisted delivery.
• Strengthen governance, budgeting, leadership rhythms and organisational stability.
• D2C experience
• Rolling out Automation and improving AI usage.
