Looking for a stable finance role with hybrid flexibility and hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable, month-end, and audit processes? Join our supportive finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Your Role
- Process and register supplier invoices accurately
- Reconcile supplier accounts, including foreign currency
- Review statements and chase missing invoices
- Manage invoice approvals and resolve queries
- Support month-end reporting and year-end audits
- Run purchase ledger reports and highlight issues
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams
You’ll Bring
- Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel and finance system knowledge
- Confidence in communicating with suppliers
- Foreign currency experience is a bonus
