**Customer Services Rep
- Maternity Contract**
Location: Fulham area, London
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Duration of Contract: 12 months
- may go permanent
Start: Mid-April
Shift Pattern:
Half day
- 9am to 1pm on either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday
- work from home. All other weekdays except Friday will be in the office - 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Friday
- work from home - 9am to 5:30-pm (1 hour for lunch)
You will also cover, over a designated period of 3-4 hours, over the weekend. The weekend is their quietest time, and it is more likely that you will have nothing to do than you will be working for the full cover. This is very relaxed. You simply need to every now and again over your designated 3-4 hours to check there is nothing urgent that cannot wait until Monday, if there is you deal with it, if there isn’t it waits until Monday.
Our client is one of the longest running competition sites in the UK, with over 25 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market. They are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join their team at their office in Fulham area.
Duties include:
- Providing customer services support via phone, email, live chat, and social media (mostly online).
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Assisting customers over the phone
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, closing support tickets
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation
- Passing customer feedback issues onto the team
- Dealing with customer queries across our social media platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years+ relevant experience gained in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customer enquiries or queries.
- The ability to multi-task XXXX XXXX changeable volumes in customer services enquiries/queries.
- Experience of Zendesk or similar system.
- Experience with Live Chat and Social Media customer services preferred but not essential.
