Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client, a global and well-known automotive brand in Milton Keynes. They are a well sought after company to work for with great benefits. This position is to cover a maternity leave and so is a 13-month fixed term contract.

As an Administrator, you will be supporting the compliance and facilities team with administrative tasks surrounding the internal car scheme and procurement functions. You will have strong administrative experience, be IT savvy, have a good attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for an Administrator:

  • Monitoring the shared inbox and responding in a timely manner
  • Liaising with drivers, workshops and BCA, ensuring driving licenses are valid, and to make sure keys are available for inspections and returns
  • Maintaining accurate insurance and other relevant documents
  • Maintaining spreadsheets (department budget, electricity consumption etc.)
  • Ensuring fines are dealt with and escalated where necessary
  • Assist employees with any issues
  • Raise purchase orders and send to suppliers
  • Book health and safety meetings and take minutes
  • Complete expenses for the facilities card
  • Place consumables orders for the business

Essential Skills for an Import Administrator:

  • Proven experience within a fast-paced administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • experience with Excel
