Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Amersham area. This well-established client of ours have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their dispute resolution team. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has worked within a customer focused team and handling complaints through to resolution.

This position is an initial 6-month FTC and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Salary - £32,000pa

Hybrid working (2 days in the Amersham office)

Free parking available

Some of the duties will include:

  • Respond to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Manage cases, ensuring that complaints are processed in line with SLA's
  • Gather supporting documentation to investigate complaints, trace case progress through the database
  • Analysing evidence provided by all parties and drafting clear explanations for the decision reached
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of complaints and relevant documentation in the database
  • Interpret data and statistics to provide insights and recommendations
  • Respond to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
