Interim Transformation Project Manager

Axon Moore are currently working with a growing organisation in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a period of significant change and acquisition activity.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the post-merger integration of newly acquired businesses.

This is a highly visible position where you will work cross-functionally to ensure integration programmes and system initiatives are delivered on time and deliver measurable business value.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Lead end to end integration workstreams across operations, finance HR, IT and commercial functions
• Deploy standardised project management frameworks, methodologies, tool and reporting structures
• Define and track KPI's, financial performance and risk management metrics
• Develop and execute detailed integration road-maps aligned to synergy targets.
• Drive process redesign and standardisation across legacy and newly acquired entities
• Develop structured change management plans to ensure adoption.
• Partner with IT and business ledgers.
• Create dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and board stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in transformation and project management
• Proven track record of deliver on post merger integration programmes.
• Strong financial acumen, including tracking synergies and ROI
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skill
