Interim Transformation Project Manager
Description
Axon Moore are currently working with a growing organisation in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a period of significant change and acquisition activity.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the post-merger integration of newly acquired businesses.
This is a highly visible position where you will work cross-functionally to ensure integration programmes and system initiatives are delivered on time and deliver measurable business value.
Key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead end to end integration workstreams across operations, finance HR, IT and commercial functions
- Deploy standardised project management frameworks, methodologies, tool and reporting structures
- Define and track KPI's, financial performance and risk management metrics
- Develop and execute detailed integration road-maps aligned to synergy targets.
- Drive process redesign and standardisation across legacy and newly acquired entities
- Develop structured change management plans to ensure adoption.
- Partner with IT and business ledgers.
- Create dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in transformation and project management
- Proven track record of deliver on post merger integration programmes.
- Strong financial acumen, including tracking synergies and ROI
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skill
