Sales Manager (Fixed Term)

Are you a driven Sales Manager with a passion for providing excellent customer service?
If so, we have a great opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group (SNG) as a Sales Manager to join our brilliant sales team on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.
From first time buyers looking for to get onto the property market with Shared Ownership, to growing families looking for that forever home on the Open Market and everything in-between, as a real people person, you'll have the chance make a real difference to our customers buying journey. This Sales Manager will be covering the South Region (Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire).
The role
As a sales manager you will provide an excellent sales journey, advising on the acquisition of new schemes and delivering the highest standards of customer care whilst fully meeting the sales targets and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of the region's sales programme including both shared ownership and open market sales properties in line with agreed targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly team targets in line with the business KPI's
- Ensure the team manage all prospective and existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Report monthly on performance measures including forecasting
- Sales budget manager with responsibility for managing costs, overheads and spend
- Manage the sales team with a focus on articulating a clear vision, providing direction, and fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
- Implement SNG's corporate plan and objectives within it
- Oversee recruitment, target setting, team meetings, training, coaching and performance management for the sales team
What we're looking for
- Sales management experience within the Housing industry and/or Estate Agency
- Strong project leadership and people capabilities
- In depth understanding of outright sale and shared ownership housing markets
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- A highly motivated individual who can deliver against sales targets and KPI's
- The ability to self-manage and prioritise your own workload
- A team player

- Full driver's license and your own vehicle required
