HR Administrator - Cardiff - 3m FTC - competitive salary (pro rata) - Immediate start available

We are looking for an imminently available, generalist HR Administrator to undertake a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) in Cardiff.

Joining a small team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing generalist support to the HR team during a busy period.

This is initially a 3 month contract, which could be extended.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a HR role (Administrator, Assistant or Coordinator)
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3) or similar is advantageous
  • Knowledge / experience of HR databases, processes and systems
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally
  • Confidential and discrete nature
  • Organised and methodical
  • Good IT skills including MS Office applications (proficiency in Excel is required)
  • Proactive, professional and personable team player
  • Available imminently and able to commit to a 3m FTC
