HR Administrator - Cardiff - 3m FTC - competitive salary (pro rata) - Immediate start available
We are looking for an imminently available, generalist HR Administrator to undertake a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) in Cardiff.
Joining a small team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing generalist support to the HR team during a busy period.
This is initially a 3 month contract, which could be extended.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a HR role (Administrator, Assistant or Coordinator)
- CIPD qualified (Level 3) or similar is advantageous
- Knowledge / experience of HR databases, processes and systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally
- Confidential and discrete nature
- Organised and methodical
- Good IT skills including MS Office applications (proficiency in Excel is required)
- Proactive, professional and personable team player
- Available imminently and able to commit to a 3m FTC
