The brief is simple: land it properly.

What you’ll own

You’ll take full accountability for the programme end to end.

• Lead large-scale warehouse relocation / consolidation projects
• Put proper governance, financial control and risk discipline in place
• Drive ERP, WMS and wider supply chain technology change

This needs someone who can see the whole system, not just individual workstreams.

What good looks like

• You’ve delivered complex logistics or warehouse property programmes before
• You understand supply chain performance drivers — forecast accuracy, inventory, network efficiency, cost-to-serve
• You’re commercially sharp — budgets, contracts, trade-offs
• You’re comfortable holding senior stakeholders to account
• You bring structure without slowing momentum

The reality

This is a defined, high-visibility assignment.

Eighteen months to deliver a programme that materially improves operational capability — and leaves something properly embedded behind you.
