Finance Operations Executive
- SaaS (Salesforce) London - Hybrid 6-month FTC with a strong chance of going permanent
I’m working with a growing SaaS / tech business that needs extra support in its finance operations team during a busy period.
This is a hands-on role split roughly 50/50 between collections and order desk / billing support. You’ll be working directly in Salesforce day to day, helping keep billing accurate, data clean, and cash moving.
It’s a practical role, well suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail and working across teams to sort issues quickly. Salesforce experience is essential
What you’ll be doing Collections (UK & North America)
- Managing a customer ledger and chasing overdue payments
- Speaking with customers by phone and email
- Using collections tools to prioritise workload
- Monitoring ageing and escalating issues when needed
- Keeping clear notes and following agreed processes
Order desk & billing support
- Reviewing orders, subscriptions, renewals, and amendments in Salesforce
- Supporting accurate billing cycles
- Investigating queries around pricing, contracts, missing POs, and data issues
- Making sure customer and subscription data is correct in Salesforce
- Working closely with sales and customer teams to prevent repeat issues
What they’re looking for
- Experience in finance ops, billing, collections, AR, or order management
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (this is a must)
- Comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy work
- Confident communicator who’s happy dealing with customers
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
