Desian Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in North Liverpool to recruit an EYFS Specialist Reception Teacher for September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school at the heart of its community, located within a deprived area where committed, passionate educators truly make a difference every single day. The school has a strong SEN provision, and we are seeking a teacher who is confident in delivering inclusive, nurturing early years practice and who is committed to supporting children with a range of additional needs.

The Role:

• Full-time Reception class teacher
• September 2026 start
• Full academic year contract
• Deliver high-quality EYFS provision tailored to diverse learning needs
• Work closely with the SEN team to support pupils with additional needs
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

• EYFS specialist with a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework
• Experience supporting children with SEN (or a strong interest in developing within this area)
• Committed to inclusive education and raising attainment in disadvantaged communities
• Reflective, resilient and passionate about making a difference
• Ambitious and willing to progress within the role as part of a supportive team
