Lead Product Marketing Manager
Description
We are partnering with a leading entertainment organisation seeking an experienced Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, offers, promotions, and pricing initiatives across a large consumer portfolio.
This role requires a strong blend of product marketing expertise, cross-functional leadership, technical understanding, and project execution within a fast-moving, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities****Product & Offer Strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of consumer product offers, promotions, and pricing changes across a diverse portfolio.
- Own the full lifecycle of product marketing initiatives, delivering 4-6 major projects per quarter.
- Define, validate, and manage a broad set of offer variables for new marketing initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing product surveillance to ensure performance aligns with financial goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the central point of coordination, securing requirements alignment across Strategy, IT, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, and Customer Care teams.
- Break down complex business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring technical teams fully understand scope and intent.
- Drive cross-functional teams from requirements gathering and implementation through to launch and lifecycle management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal partners, consulting with marketing, sales, and operational teams to shape solutions that meet strategic goals.
Execution & Delivery
- Write, review, and refine product features and capabilities through their entire lifecycle.
- Work with design teams on UX/UI concepts and partner with engineering/technology teams on technical solutions.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring successful launch readiness across channels.
- Develop and maintain core project documentation including implementation plans, schedules, risk assessments, issue logs, and status reports.
- Provide weekly leadership-level updates on project status, risks, and next steps.
Agile Collaboration
- Actively participate in quarterly PI Planning sessions, contributing insights on prioritisation, dependencies, and strategic direction.
- Support continuous risk analysis and recommend alternative solutions when needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a daily liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to enable channels and support service delivery.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Experience in th entertainment or streaming industry.
- Proven track record delivering complex product or marketing initiatives across multiple business units (e.g., IT, Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy).
- Experience with consumer subscription-based products, digital services, or telecom/entertainment offerings is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Demonstrated capability managing multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Familiarity with consumer billing, ordering, customer platforms, CRM tools, or fulfilment systems is beneficial (experience with complex ordering/rating environments is a plus).
- Deep understanding of consumer product packaging, pricing, and promotional frameworks is highly advantageous.
