A client is seeking an Operational focused Project Manager to deliver complex systems and business change projects, with a strong focus on Asset Management and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead Asset Lifecycle Management enhancement initiatives including both Operations and IT within the business.
• Understand and support delivery aligned to the NIS Regulatory Compliance roadmap.
• Deliver complex projects to agreed time, cost, quality, and standards.
• Define delivery approach and methodology in collaboration with business sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery through to handover into BAU.
• Plan, schedule, and track delivery using MS Project.
• Ensure adherence to Programme Governance, reporting, financial controls, and approval processes.
• Manage assigned resources (internal and external), approved suppliers, and allocated budgets.

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:

• Must have project management experience within Asset Management within the Utilities Sector.
• Must have experience working within NIS regulation.
• Asset Management experience must include both Operational and Internet technology (OT / IT)
• Hands on experience with Project management tools
• MS Project is desirable.
• Experience working within programme governance frameworks.
• Project management qualifications: APM, PMI or PRINCE2.

The successful Project Manager will be required to travel to Leeds on occasion, as and when needed.
