L1/L2 IT Support Engineer

£140 per day, Inside IR35 2 Month Contract - Starting 2nd March York, On-site
Your New Role We are currently recruiting for a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation on a 2-month onsite contract.
This role is based within a hospice environment, so professionalism, empathy, and a calm, supportive approach are essential. You will be supporting staff who rely heavily on their IT systems, so clear communication and a customer-focused mindset are key.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing first- and second-line desktop support services to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Supporting Windows desktops and peripherals
- Delivering hands-on user support across the site
- Managing users and groups within Microsoft 365
- Supporting SharePoint administration within the M365 tenant
You Will Have
- Previous L1 / L2 desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
- Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft 365
- Exposure to SharePoint administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
