Category Manager FF&E & OS&E

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a background in hospitality FF&E and OS&E? A fast-growing, high-end hospitality group in Central London are looking for a Category Manager to support a busy refurbishment and concept projects pipeline.

You’ll be right in the thick of it

• managing suppliers, tracking lead times, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring everything from furniture to back-of-house equipment arrives on time, on budget, and on brand. Expect to collaborate with internal teams across Operations, F&B, Brand, and Project Management
• as well as external designers and suppliers
• to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record in hospitality procurement
• Strong project management skills specifically in refurbishments
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, and category strategy skills
• Ability to work fast, independently, and manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• confident influencing senior stakeholders.
