We’re looking for a Graduate Operations Agent to join a leading technology company on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based on-site in Leeds. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is detail-oriented, thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with sensitive information.
The RoleAs the Graduate Operations Agent, you’ll be responsible for reviewing identity documentation and customer images, verifying accuracy, and entering data into internal systems. You’ll work to service level targets, ensuring information is processed correctly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, compliance, and fintech/tech environments.
What’s required of the Associate Agent?
A degree (or equivalent) and an interest in operations, compliance, or financial/technology services
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
Good IT skills and accurate typing ability
Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing procedures
Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean DBS and credit history
Full UK Driving Licence
