**Stakeholder Engagement & Community Coordinator

Well Placed HR are working with a longstanding client they seek to recruit a Stakeholder Engagement & Community Coordinator for their fantastic team.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll coordinate stakeholder engagement activity, manage community communications, maintain engagement records, track feedback, and support ESG reporting.

Duties of this role:

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

  • Support delivery and continuous improvement of stakeholder and community engagement plans

  • Maintain the stakeholder register, including mapping, records and communication tracking

  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, record feedback and manage follow-up actions

  • Log, track and resolve stakeholder queries and grievances

  • Manage stakeholder and outreach event scheduling

Communications

  • Prepare newsletters and other stakeholder materials

  • Develop key messages, briefings and presentations for various audiences

  • Support communications across stakeholder, media, event and digital channels

Reporting & Data Management

  • Analyse stakeholder data and prepare summary reports.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.

  • Support ESG reporting and community budget tracking.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have –

  • Experience of Stakeholder engagement

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly form strong relationships

  • Experience of producing print / digital communications

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be organised and priorities workload

  • IT skills, including Microsoft office

  • Full clean driving license and access to a car
