Psychology Teaching Assistant - Full Time (5 Days per Week) Secondary Schools across Merton
Are you a passionate Psychology graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your education career? We are delighted to be recruiting a full-time Psychology Teaching Assistant to work across welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools in Merton.

The Role:
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom
- Working closely with Psychology departments and pastoral teams
- Providing targeted academic and emotional support to students who need it most
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Gaining hands-on experience ideal for those considering careers in teaching, psychology, or mental health
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
- Strong knowledge and interest in Psychology
- A degree in Psychology or a related subject (preferred)
- Confident, patient, and empathetic approach when working with young people
- Committed to working full-time, Monday to Friday
