Data Analyst (Contract | Fully Remote in US | $65/hour | 6-12 Month Contract)

Our client is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join their team on a fully remote, contract basis. This individual contributor will play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making by aggregating, analyzing, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys building dashboards, uncovering trends, and partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accessing, reviewing, and generating reports from multiple enterprise systems
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL and cloud-based platforms
• Monitoring volume and performance trends; identifying drivers and proactively sharing insights
• Creating presentations and data storytelling materials for business and executive audiences
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners (Finance, Marketing, Product, IT, Operations, etc.) to support deep-dive analyses and improvement initiatives
• Supporting operational metrics reporting and process improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing escalations
• Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance analytics workflows and outcomes
• Evaluating policies and processes and recommending data-driven enhancements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
