ASB Officer
Description
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a ASB Officer for a Local Authority Client in North London.
In this role, you will lead the resolution of complex anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes, supporting residents and working with partners to create safer, stronger communities.
Duties:
- Manage and resolve complex ASB and neighbour dispute cases.
- Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on ASB policies and procedures.
- Work with residents, Council teams, and partner agencies to prevent and address ASB.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance data to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, including investigation and enforcement.
- Background in providing excellent customer service in a housing or public sector environment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable residents.
- Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, Council teams, and external partners.
What's on offer:
Salary: £35ph
may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
