IT Change Manager - Leading Global Bank (6-Month Contract)

My client, a leading global bank is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee the governance and delivery of technology change across a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT Change Management processes, including standard and emergency changes.
  • Chair CAB meetings and ensure change risk, impact, and readiness assessments are completed.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., PRA/FCA, SOX, PCI-DSS, DORA).
  • Track change performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Audit, and DevOps teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in IT Change or IT Service Management roles.
  • Strong ITIL background; ITIL certification preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments (banking/FS ideal).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise-scale infrastructure/applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
