Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) Contract Inside IR35 Cumbria

Experienced Project Manager delivering large construction or infrastructure projects? Comfortable managing multi discipline teams and stakeholders on regulated or secure sites? Able to own project delivery including commercial and contractual decisions?

What's in it for you • £55 to £75 per hour (Inside IR35)

What will you be doing? • Managing major site infrastructure and facilities upgrade projects • Owning delivery from planning through to completion • Managing programme, cost, risk and resource profiles • Developing and maintaining project execution plans • Acting as main interface with internal stakeholders • Managing change control and commercial decisions • Ensuring compliance, quality and delivery to time and budget

Where will you be doing it? You will be supporting a large secure UK industrial facility undergoing major long term infrastructure upgrades within a highly regulated engineering environment.

What will you need? • Project Management experience within construction, infrastructure or heavy engineering • Commercial awareness and change management experience
