A global Private Equity firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide first class support to a Senior Managing Director and 5 direct reports, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing role. This is a hands-on position that would be perfect for an EA who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being embedded in the rhythm of international deal-making and strategy. This firm prides itself on it's collaborative culture, offering the chance to work at the centre of a high-performing firm with a genuine global impact. This role is office based.
What you’ll do:
Extensive complex diary management for the Managing Director.
Supporting with global multi-stop travel for the MD and team.
Manage high-volume meeting requests across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Arranging and coordinating global and domestic travel itineraries including all of the hotels, visas and transport.
Processing expenses.
Organise conferences and roadshows.
Work closely with the EA team to provide coverage as required.
Support with adhoc projects as required.
What you’ll need:
- Previous EA experience in a similar role.
- Experience working within financial services, preferably Private Equity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must work with a solution orientated approach.
- Be a team player and enjoy collaborating.
