Job Summary

The Mobile Labelling Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-site labelling services while representing the Label All brand professionally. This role requires regular travel to customer locations and the ability to work independently using mobile labelling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site & Mobile Labelling

• Travel independently to schools, nurseries, homes, and community venues

• Deliver on-site and same-day labelling services

• Label uniforms, PE kits, bags, shoes, lunch boxes, water bottles, and stationery

• Apply iron-on, heat-press, vinyl, and adhesive labels accurately

• Ensure correct spelling, placement, and durability of all labels

Equipment & Materials

• Transport, set up, and pack down mobile labelling equipment safely

• Operate heat press and labelling tools in line with training• Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults

Customer Experience

• Act as a professional ambassador for Label All and MADOZ Businesses Ltd

• Provide clear explanations of labelling options and care instructions

• Deliver friendly, professional service to parents, carers, and school staff

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail

• Follow health & safety procedures, especially when using heat equipment

• Handle children’s names and personal data in line with requirements

Administration & Reporting

• Check bookings and orders via digital systems or job sheets

• Record completed work, stock usage, and customer feedback

• Communicate issues or supply needs to management

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Ability to travel to multiple locations as required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak school periods

Desirable

• Experience in labelling, personalisation, printing, or textile services

• Experience working with schools or family-focused services

• Basic IT skills (tablets, online booking/order systems)
