Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: OX11 0RL Role Type: Temporary (with the potential to extend or become permanent)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Associate to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Harwell. This is a temporary role for an initial 6-month assignment, with the opportunity to extend or move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will be working within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment, supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and safety.

Working Hours

• Days initially for training
• After successful completion of training (approximately 4-6 weeks), the role will move to a 2-2-3 shift pattern, as agreed with the site management team
• Shift allowance and overtime opportunities are available

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting warehouse operations within a GMP environment
• Accurate handling, movement, and storage of materials
• Using warehouse and inventory IT systems
• Following strict quality, safety, and compliance procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a GMP warehouse environment
• Good IT literacy and confidence using computer-based systems
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Reliable, detail-focused, and compliance-driven
• Access to your own vehicle due to location

Additional Information

• Start dates are subject to successful completion of compliance checks, including a Basic DBS
• Warehouse inductions take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month
