History Teacher Needed in Southall Maternity Cover (KS3 & KS4)

Location: Southall, West London Contract Type: Maternity Cover Start Date: After February Half Term Position: Full-Time

Are you a passionate History teacher with a love for inspiring young minds? We are looking for a dynamic and committed History Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Southall, West London, to cover a maternity leave. This exciting opportunity will start after the February half term and run for the remainder of the academic year.

The Role:

Teach History to KS3 & KS4 students, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons. Support students in developing a deep understanding of historical events and themes, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills. Collaborate with a supportive and experienced faculty team. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 History curriculum.
• Passion for History and the ability to make it engaging for students.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
• Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable.
