Pay Rate: £95.00 per day

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Hours: Full-Time & Day to Day | Term Time Only

Smart Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils at a thriving primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon that values every child as an individual and is committed to ensuring excellence for all. Job Requirements: • Experience working with primary pupils, ideally within an educational setting • Calm, patient and adaptable approach • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Enhanced Child or Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain) • Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references

Role Responsibilities: • Support pupils in class, small groups and 1:1 where required • Assist with learning activities and promote pupil engagement • Help maintain a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
