Business Change Consultant Integration Programme

About the Programme

My client a global insurance company are embarking on a major Integration Programme. This multi-wave initiative will deliver a consolidated M365 tenant, migrate a wide portfolio of applications to Azure, and replace end-user devices for thousands of colleagues across multiple business units. Alongside the technical delivery, the programme will establish a new support operating model and implement robust SOX-compliant controls.

My client are seeking an experienced Business Change Consultant to ensure all technology-driven change is clearly understood, communicated and successfully adopted across the business.

Key Skills

• Demonstrated experience delivering business change within large-scale IT transformation or M&A integration programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-user technology change (M365, device refresh, app migration).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all audience levels.
• Experience producing change impact assessments, user journeys, and structured communication plans.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills, able to manage multiple waves and workstreams.
• Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
