Change Manager - Target Operating Model Transformation
We are supporting a large, multi-country organisation delivering a significant Target Operating Model transformation across several corporate functions.
As Change Manager, you will lead the change agenda, ensuring new operating models, processes and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded across the business.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone experienced in delivering complex change within large, global environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end change strategy for a major operating model transformation
Shape communications, learning and engagement approaches to support adoption
Engage and coach senior leaders and key stakeholders to role-model change
Deliver change impact assessments across roles, processes and behaviours
Design and execute change plans, communications and training interventions
Track readiness and adoption, ensuring change is embedded sustainably
Partner with Transformation, HR, Finance and Communications teams
What You'll Bring
5+ years' Change Manager/Lead experience delivering enterprise-level or Target Operating Model change
Strong background in change across large, complex organisations
Proven stakeholder engagement and senior leadership influencing skills
Experience deg and delivering communications, learning and change interventions
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
